Soldering & Circuits

Soldering & Circuits

Soldering and Circuits gives children the chance to work with real electronic components and tools in a safe, supervised environment. They learn the basics of circuits and components, practise good soldering technique, and understand how electricity flows through their projects. Along the way they build exciting, age‑appropriate kits such as an FM radio and a safe “rail cannon” launcher, then learn simple fault‑finding skills to diagnose and fix common problems. By the end, they’ve not only created working electronics to take home, but also gained confidence handling tools and reading circuit diagrams – a solid foundation for future engineering and robotics.

Circuits & Components

Explore how electricity really works: learn power, switches, sensors and outputs, sketch circuit diagrams, then build real circuits on breadboards using proper components.

Soldering Introduction

A safety‑first soldering course where children learn correct technique, with close one‑to‑one supervision, assemble simple circuit boards, and gain a practical life skill they can use for years.

Soldering Projects

Our advanced soldering course lets children grow their skills each session by building more complex projects, including FM radios and a safe, age‑appropriate projectile launcher cannon, under close supervision.
